Youth Learn to Play- Usually a great fit for kids of all ages who have not played competitive hockey at any level but have ice skating experience. This class is a great start to teach any youth about the rules of the game, the skills, the skating, and much more. This program runs weekly throughout the majority of the year and is a GREAT STARTING POINT for any young aspiring athlete.
Adult Learn to Play- It is never to late to try a new sport! Our Adult Learn to Play program is designed to teach the father, mother, brother, sister, or just any adult that would love to learn how to play the great sport of Ice Hockey! Our Adult program caters to all age adults and we have a systematic approach to make it enjoyable for everyone! Our coaches that are involved with this program do a fantastic job getting the most of the participants and helping them learn the skills needed to play this great sport.
Adult Development League- Is a graduating competitive, fun, and exciting hockey league that allows who are newer to the game but have mastered the basic fundamentals. This program runs every Monday night at the Pelham Civic Complex and is also meant to be a teaching hockey league. Weekly chalk talks with Coach Therrien allow for the players to learn positional play, strategies, and much more!
Sam Adams Hockey League- Is our competitive adult hockey league for experienced adult hockey players over the age of 18. This is a non check league that features full length games with referees, score keepers, and playoffs! There is a Bronze Division, Silver Division and a Gold Division that face off every Sunday in a 12 week season, that features playoffs and a championship game. This league is always looking for new teams and players to join, so if you are experienced at hockey or new to the area this is the league for you! Click here for more information on this program.
Pelham Youth Hockey League- Features all levels of youth hockey from 5-18 years of age. Our teams play in separate divisions based off of age and team selection, and each team gets ample amount of ice time to practice and play games! This league is great for new to the area residents who have played hockey, as well as graduating Learn to Play participants. Our youth get weekly games, complete with their own unique jerseys and an opportunity to compete!
Birmingham Bulls Travel Hockey- The "Bulls" are a non profit youth hockey organization that fields teams from the 10U level and up. This organization competes with other teams from the surrounding Southern Region, as well as travels to tournaments around other regions. The Birmingham Bulls and the Pelham Hockey Development Academy, team up to bring those players who are looking to strive in the game of hockey reach their goals. Currently the Bulls compete in league play, the "SYTHL" or Southern Youth Travel Hockey League, and have been very successful in this league.
